All orders are dispatched from London via Royal Mail.

UK standard delivery: 2 - 4 working days, £1.99. Free on orders over £35.

Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking where available.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you're outside the UK and would like a pair, email hello@hairysocks.com.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for any reason.

Socks must be unworn, unwashed and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened or worn items.

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced in full, including postage.

To start a return, email hello@hairysocks.com within 14 days. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the item back.
